Flowline Hydraulic is a leader in manufacturing custom hydraulic power units (HPUs) designed for both electric and diesel engine applications, delivering power outputs up to 1400 hp.

Each unit can be equipped with electric motor starters, control panels, pressure and level sensors, and advanced PLC-based automatic controls. Our HPUs typically feature multiple electric motors driving axial piston pumps, complemented by a range of controllers such as pressure compensators and load sense systems. We offer a variety of hydraulic fluids, including oil and water-based options, supplied through custom manifolds with integrated relief valves, isolation valves, and accumulators.

Flowline HPUs come with a comprehensive filtration system that includes suction, pressure, return, and circulation filters. Our fluid cooling solutions utilize air or water heat exchangers within a motor-driven circulation loop. Reservoirs are designed for optimal performance and can be constructed from carbon or stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

All HPUs are skid-mounted with integrated drip pans and drains, and they feature lifting eyes for easy transportation. The units are thoroughly tested for pressure and function before being painted with a marine-grade three-part coating for enhanced protection against the elements.

We provide complete assembly, along with relevant reports. Our team is also available for installation, training, and commissioning services, ensuring your system operates at peak efficiency. All equipment comes with a warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
